01The production route

One team / One calendar / One portal

Fewer handoffs.
More control.

Four stages carry every project from the first conversation to event day. Each one exists to remove a handoff you would otherwise be managing yourself.

  1. 01

    Frame the event

We turn the date, audience, venue and goals into one clear brief, then open your private event workspace.

Every project starts from the event, not a catalog. The date, audience, venue, budget and goals become one brief that every later decision answers to.

You never need a SKU or a production method to begin — describe the moment, and EventPrint narrows the options with reasons attached.

  2. 02

    Build the system

Products, decoration, signage and delivery milestones are connected on one shared event calendar.

Products, decoration methods, signage and delivery milestones are planned together so everything reads as one visual system on event day.

Each item carries its own production lead time. The shared calendar works backward from your in-hands date, so timing risks surface while they are still fixable.

  3. 03

    Control production

Proofs, files, counts, approvals and deadlines stay visible in your customer portal—with one team accountable.

Every quote is prepared and human-reviewed — nothing is auto-priced or auto-sent. Artwork moves through a secure channel after review, never through the public form.

Proofs, quantities and approvals stay visible in one place, with one team accountable for keeping vendors on schedule.

  4. 04

    Land event day

Everything arrives where it belongs, ready to distribute, install or put into action—without last-minute guesswork.

Deliveries are scheduled to your receiving plan, including split shipments across multiple approved locations when the event needs them.

Products may ship directly from different production partners in their original packaging. Receiving, assembly and distribution stay with your team, the venue or a fulfillment partner you designate — so responsibilities are explicit before boxes land.

The ground rules,
stated plainly.

  • Every quote is prepared by a person and remains non-binding until you approve it. Nothing is auto-priced or auto-sent.
  • Artwork never moves through the public form — files are requested through a secure channel after review.
  • Orders can split across multiple approved United States delivery locations, with allocations reconciled line by line.
  • EventPrint does not provide kitting, sorting, assembly or fulfillment. Receiving and distribution stay with your team, the venue, or a fulfillment partner you designate.
