Signs & displays
A logo on a wall is notan environment.
Signage should guide, identify and set the tone without creating visual noise. We map each surface and moment—from the first arrival cue to the final sponsor mark—into one coherent hierarchy.

Production judgment
Designed for distance,traffic and installation.
Scale, sightline, material, finish and hardware are resolved before production. We build the visual hierarchy around how guests move through the venue—not around a list of sign sizes.
Signs & displays / FAQ
Questions beforeproduction starts.
Clear answers about signs & displays, artwork, timing and the decisions that shape the final result.
01What types of signs and displays do you provide?
Options include banners, directional and rigid signs, table covers, step-and-repeat backdrops, tents, flags, trade-show displays, floor and window graphics, and sponsor recognition signage.
We can coordinate multiple pieces so the environment reads as one intentional visual system.
02What artwork files are needed?
Vector artwork is preferred for most large-format projects because it can be enlarged without losing quality. Common formats include AI, EPS, SVG and properly prepared PDF files.
High-resolution raster images may work depending on the final size and viewing distance. We review the files before production and identify resolution concerns.
03How do I know what size display I need?
The right size depends on placement, viewing distance, available space and the information the display needs to communicate.
Photos, floor plans, venue guidelines and approximate viewing distances help us recommend the appropriate format.
04Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
Some materials are designed for outdoor use while others are intended for indoor environments. We consider weather exposure, installation, wind, duration, surface type and venue restrictions.
Outdoor suitability does not mean permanent or severe-weather rated, so the intended use must be discussed before ordering.
05Can displays be reused?
Many display systems are reusable. Retractable stands, frames, tents, table covers and trade-show structures may support replacement graphics or repeated use.
We can distinguish short-term event signage from hardware intended to support an ongoing program.
06How much production time should we allow?
Timing varies by material, size, finishing, hardware, quantity and shipping method. Straightforward banners and rigid signs may move quickly; custom displays, tents, backdrops and larger packages require more time.
Installation and venue-delivery requirements should be included when establishing the deadline.
