The shirt is partof the event architecture.

Production judgment
Color, placement and garmentare one decision.
We develop the print as a physical object: hand feel, scale, contrast, registration and durability. Proofing happens before production, with the event date driving the schedule.
Stock ink system
Color with aproduction reference.
Explore the stocked plastisol, neon, metallic and glitter directions used to begin a screen-print brief.
Digital colors vary by screen and production conditions. Final ink or thread color is confirmed during human proof review; physical samples may be required.
Screen printing / FAQ
Questions beforeproduction starts.
Clear answers about screen printing, artwork, timing and the decisions that shape the final result.
01What is screen printing best suited for?
Screen printing is ideal for event shirts, staff apparel, sweatshirts, uniforms and other garments ordered in moderate to large quantities. It creates a durable imprint and becomes especially efficient when the same design is produced across a larger order.
02Is there a minimum quantity?
Minimums vary with the garment, artwork, number of ink colors and production requirements. Screen printing generally becomes more economical as quantity increases because setup is distributed across more pieces.
When a smaller order would be better served by another method, we will recommend the more appropriate option before quoting the project.
03What affects the price of screen printing?
Garment style, quantity, ink colors, print locations, garment color, artwork complexity and specialty production requirements all affect pricing.
A one-color front print will generally cost less than a multicolor design produced on both the front and back.
04Can you match our brand colors?
Pantone matching may be available when specific brand colors are required. Provide your Pantone values or brand standards with the project brief.
Ink appearance can change across garment colors and fabrics, so any material limitations will be discussed before approval.
05How much production time should we allow?
Most standard projects should allow at least two to three weeks after proof approval. Garment availability, quantity, complexity, seasonal demand and delivery location can change the schedule.
Provide the firm event date at the beginning of the project so the quote can confirm a realistic production and transit plan.
06Will we receive a proof before printing?
Yes. An artwork proof will show the design, approximate size, colors and print location before production begins.
Production starts after the appropriate decision-maker approves the artwork and all required order details are confirmed.
